New Prescription
To place an order for a new prescription, please choose one of the following options:

• Ask your doctor's office to fax us your prescription at: 800-769-6694

OR

• Give us your doctor's name and telephone number and we would be glad to obtain your prescription from them.

OR

• Email us; include your contact information, your physicians contact information (i.e. name and telephone number), and the desired medications and we will take care of the rest.
